Til listen over grønnsaker og frukt ble det også lagt bær, tørket frukt og bladgrønnsaker.

I tabellen er de uthevede verdiene som overstiger den gjennomsnittlige daglige hastigheten i vitaminet. understreket fremhevede verdier fra 50% til 100% av den daglige verdien av vitaminet.
